Maintenance & Care
All Sanskritifab jewellery is hand crafted by master craftsmen.
To avoid tarnishing, store all Sanskritifab jewellery safely in the box or a zip lock bag. Always remember to seal the zip lock bag completely. Do not store the jewellery in a cloth, tissue paper or leather pouches. Always remember to remove all your jewellery before taking a shower or swimming. Do not use any liquid cleaners, soap, detergent or toothpaste to clean Sanskritifab Jewellery.
When dressing up, always wear the jewellery last to avoid any contact with cream, make-up, cosmetics, water, nail polish remover and perfume. Make sure your jewellery is not in constant contact with hard or rough surfaces to avoid scratches.
All jewellery should be stored in a clean dry place, away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures.
Shipping & Delivery Policies
SHIPPING TIME
All In-stock items are shipped within 24-48 working hours and delivered within 4-5 business days from the date of order.
All out of stock items are shipped within 1-6 working days and delivered within 3-4 business days from the date of shipment. We will inform you about the exact status of your order via call or email and you may cancel or wait for the items to be delivered. We will refund your money only in this case.
If you wish to expedite an order kindly email info@sanskritifab.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8218758407 (Mon-Sat 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM) in India, and we will try our best to ensure timely delivery. However, we don’t accept urgent orders.
SHIPPING CHARGE
Within INDIA, We offer free shipping on selected orders within India.
For Other Countries, We offer free shipping on all international orders over $200 (or Equivalent Currency). A standard shipping charge of $30 (or Equivalent Currency) for upto 1 Kilograms will be charged for all international orders below $200.
DELIVERY METHOD
To ensure safe and timely delivery, we only use reputed courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your items our shipped. Deliveries will only occur between Monday-Friday. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays.
SHIPPING ERRORS
In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly replace the item for you. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the items along with the courier opening video from removing the label to checking the product in your hand.
PACKAGING
We individually wrap each item in your order with our signature Sanskritifab packaging.

The customer will be liable to pay all local taxes/duties if any.
Cancel, Return & Exchange Policy
Customers must cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing them to be eligible for a full cancellation.
We go thorough quality checks before sending any courier and have a 7 days return/exchange policy for all our customers. Every piece of Jewellery has a Jewellery tag attached to it. Please note that no return/exchange will be provided, if the Jewellery tag found will be tampered or removed.

NOTE: This will help us process your request efficiently.
In case of Exchange, we will send you the fresh piece of the same product ordered by you once we will receive the returned item in our warehouse.
