Return & Refund Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers must cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing them to be eligible for a full cancellation.

We go through quality checks before sending any courier and have a 7 days return/exchange policy for all our customers. Every piece of Jewellery has a Jewellery tag attached to it. Please note that no return/exchange will be provided, if the Jewelry tag found will be tampered or removed.

 

RETURN POLICY

To initiate a Product Return, please email us at info@sanskritifab.com with the following details:

Clear photo of the product

Reason for the return

NOTE: This will help us process your request efficiently.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

In case of Exchange, we will send you the fresh piece of the same product ordered by you once we will receive the returned item in our warehouse.

REFUND POLICY

Raise a Request
Email us at info@sanskritifab.com with your order ID, issue details, and photos (if applicable).

Approval & Return Shipping
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide the return shipping details. Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or wrongly shipped.

Inspection
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 2-3 business days.

Refund Issuance
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• A refund request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective).
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Items returned after the refund window has closed.
• Products that show signs of wear or usage.
